The Meeting Planner uses standard business hours of 9 AM to 5 PM local time for each city. The tool identifies when these work hours overlap across all selected time zones, showing you windows when everyone is available during their normal working day.

You can add as many cities as you need. The planner includes 90+ major cities worldwide across all time zones. Simply click 'Add City' to include additional locations. The more cities you add, the smaller the overlap window may become, especially with locations on opposite sides of the globe.
